This is the latest in cream soap technology. Do not miss the innovation in the personal care industry. It is a versatile new base that can be formulated into many different finished products. It has some unique properties: Luxurious - Creamy cleansing product with the consistency of butter Versatile - Can be used as a moisturizing body or facial cleanser, or as a shave cream Directions: Using a good old fashion Electric Mixer, not stick blender it will not work. Start with a minimum of 2 lbs of product in a bowl. Less than 2 pounds will not work, as there is not enough volume around the beaters. Add 2oz of sweet almond oil per pound of product or oil of choice. Begin whipping at a slow speed to break up the foaming bath butter. Once the product has smoothed out, turn your beater to high and watch for the product slightly increase in volume (due to the air that is incorporated as you whip it). Then add your Color, fragrance or any other additives while you are whipping. (We have found that adding them before you begin whipping works as well.) Sweet Almond Oil - We found that adding 2oz Sweet Almond Oil per pound of Foaming Bath Butter made the product more moisturizing for facial scrubs. (You can use any oil you prefer). Sugar or Salt - Add your sugar or salt to the point of saturation. Once saturation has been reached, the additional sugar or salt added will remain in crystal form and act as an exfoliater. NOTE: A preservative has been added, HOWEVER, when adding sugar you MUST add an additional preservative. Fragrance - Foaming Bath Butter will accept up to 5% fragrance or essential oils. We recommend usage levels of 2-3%. Colors - Use Soap color Dyes or Micas to achieve the colors you desire for parfaits. Jojoba Spheres - We found that by adding Jojoba Spheres to Foaming Bath Butter, we were able to produce a visually pleasing product, as well as a very nice scrub.
