Company Return Policy:

SoaperSupplies will not accept returns for the following types of Products:
Raw materials such as: Butters, Oils, (Essential, Carrier, Fragrance, Exotic) Soap Bases, Shower Gels, Jojoba Spheres, Lotion Bases etc.

We will accept Returns on Non-Raw materials that are unused and in the original packaging and must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Pre-Authorization for a return is required.
The Customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
There is a 10% restocking fee for all returns.
The 10% restocking fee will be waived if you reorder other items at the time we receive your items back or before we receive your return items. The dollar balance of your new order must equal or exceed the return items dollar balance for the 10% restocking fee to be waived.
The new item order does not apply to co-ops, or pre-buys.

Pick-ups:

Arrangements to pick up your items from our office, must be made 24 hours in advance. We are open Monday - Friday 9:30am to 4:00pm MT. To arrange for pick-up please call 915-821-9911 or outside Texas toll free 1-866-581-7627.

Sales Tax:

Sales Tax will be charged to all Texas residents at an 8.25% rate unless you have a Valid "Texas Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate" on file. If your Valid Certificate is not on file you can file one with us by sending it via fax to 1-915-821-9933, email,  or via mail to:

Liability Policy:

SoaperSupplies is in no way to be held responsible for the products you make with any of our raw materials. Although we test all our products, it is the sole responsibility of the buyer/formulator to test all products for compatibility and safety to include all packing materials.
